A part doesn't fit? You have 30 days to return it, under the conditions below.
30 days to change your mind
30-day window after delivery to return an item. Beyond that, only the legal warranty (2 years) applies.
Original packaging
The item must be uninstalled, in perfect condition, in its sealed original packaging with accessories and manuals.
Return shipping
At your expense for change-of-mind returns. Covered by us if the item is defective or shipped by mistake.
How to return an item

Contact us
Send an email with your order number and return reason. We reply within 24 working hours with instructions.

Prepare the parcel
Place the item back in its original packaging. Include the return form we sent you.

Ship
Use the carrier of your choice with tracking. We recommend insured shipping for valuable items.

Refund
Within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the item, you are refunded on the original payment method.
Non-returnable items
- Parts already installed or mounted
- Custom-made or machined items
- Products with broken hygiene seals or packaging
- Software or activated licenses
2-year legal warranty
All new products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity warranty (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.83/4). If a part has a manufacturing defect, contact us: replacement, repair or refund depending on the defect.
