Orders

  • How do I place an order?
    Add products to cart, click 'Checkout', enter your address and pick a payment method. No account required — a guest account is created automatically.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    As long as the order is not being prepared, you can cancel from your account or by emailing us. Once shipped, the standard 14-day return applies.
  • How do I track my order?
    You receive a tracking email upon shipping. All your tracking numbers are also in 'My account > Orders'.

Shipping

  • What are the delivery times?
    Belgium: 1-2 working days. France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg: 2-4 days. Other EU: 4-7 days. Outside EU: contact us for a quote.
  • What are shipping costs?
    Free shipping from € 89 in Belgium. Otherwise calculated by weight and destination at checkout.
  • Do you ship to pickup points?
    Yes, throughout Belgium and France via our partners. Select the pickup point at checkout.

Returns & warranty

  • How long do I have to return?
    14 days after receipt to return a product in its original state and packaging. Free in Belgium with our prepaid label.
  • What's the warranty?
    2-year legal warranty on all new items. For wear parts (pads, tyres, battery), warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • How do I swap a helmet that doesn't fit?
    Return it in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund and you reorder in the correct size — no direct swap, it's faster this way.

Payment

  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. All secured by our provider.
  • Is payment secure?
    Yes, your card data never transits through our servers. All over HTTPS via a PCI-DSS level 1 certified provider.
  • Can I split the payment?
    Yes, 3x or 4x with no fees available from € 100 cart (subject to eligibility), offered at checkout.

Workshop

  • Do you fit tyres bought from you?
    Yes, by appointment in our Liège workshop. We also fit tyres bought elsewhere (small surcharge).
  • How do I book a slot?
    Email with your vehicle, the service and 2-3 time slots. Same-day confirmation. All info on the Workshop page.
  • Do you do track prep?
    Yes: pressure, fluid levels, ride height, lockwiring on request. Book early for track day weekends.

Account & privacy

  • Do I need an account to order?
    No, you can checkout as a guest. An account just helps you find your orders, returns and motorcycle garage.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Email us from your account address with 'Account deletion'. We process within 30 days per GDPR.
  • What do you do with my data?
    Strict minimum: order, delivery, support. No reselling. Full details in our privacy policy.
