Havau Mobile Paint Booth Fog Extraction Unit 4 - RD Ideal for supplementing existing paint installations or as a standalone extraction system in small businesses, wash bays, prep stations, etc. Usable for partial and full paint jobs. Extremely simple to use. You can choose between the following operating methods: Air exhaust method (required accessory: air exhaust duct) Recirculation method (required accessories: recirculation filter, deflector) Combined method (required accessories: combined filter, deflector and air exhaust duct) When using a unit in air recirculation mode, care must be taken to ensure that the solvent vapor concentration in the room is not too high, which should be avoided by separate technical ventilation. The mobile units in the RD series are equipped with 4 swivel casters, a high-performance radial fan driven by a flameproof motor with reinforced spark guard, and a flexible connection cable approx. 8.0 m long with motor protection plug and on/off switch, and are delivered fully assembled. Unless otherwise agreed, all units are delivered with dual filter equipment, i.e., an upstream baffle filter and a downstream non-flammable paint mist separation mat according to DIN 4102.
