The three tiers
The tier depends on the total points earned since the account was opened, not on the balance left after redeeming.

Using your points
Available rewards are listed in your account, with the number of points each one requires. Redeeming produces a code to apply in the basket on your next order.
Points are deducted at the moment of redeeming, never before. A redemption is final: the code issued stays valid even if the order is placed later.
Frequently asked questions
When are my points credited?
As soon as the order is paid. They appear in your account history, with the order reference.
Does shipping count towards points?
Points are calculated on the order amount; the exact detail of each gain is shown line by line in your account history.
What happens if I return an item?
The points matching the refunded amount are removed from the balance, following the principle that a gain is tied to a paid order.
Do points expire?
No expiry date applies today. Should that change, you would be informed by e-mail before it takes effect.
Can I combine a reward with a promotional code?
One code applies per order: a code from a reward follows the same rule as promotional codes.
