Conformity status
The site is declared PARTIALLY CONFORMANT with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA). This statement was prepared on 22/09/2026 on the basis of an internal self-assessment; no external audit has been carried out yet.
"Partially conformant" means that some criteria are met but gaps remain, and those are listed below. We do not claim full conformance until an independent audit confirms it.
Scope
The statement covers the public shop and the account area, in all languages offered.
- Home, departments, product pages and search.
- Checkout: basket, delivery, payment, confirmation.
- Account area: orders, tracking, returns, addresses, preferences.
- Help, information and legal pages.
- Generated PDF documents (invoices, delivery notes, credit notes) are not covered by this statement.
What is already in place
The following points are checked on the redesigned pages:
- Keyboard navigation on links, buttons and form fields, with a visible focus state.
- Native elements: real buttons, real links, labels associated with fields.
- Hierarchical heading structure and breadcrumbs on content pages.
- Alternative text on informative images; decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Colour contrast checked on the charter's text and buttons.
- Fluid layout down to 400 pixels wide, with no horizontal scrolling.
- The system "reduce motion" preference is respected.
Known gaps
The limits identified so far, being worked on:
- Some catalogue pages still use the previous interface, whose contrast and button labels have not been reviewed.
- Filters and the comparison tool remain hard to use with the keyboard alone.
- Some product images coming from supplier catalogues lack meaningful alternative text.
- Downloadable PDF documents are not structured for screen readers.
- Embedded video content does not consistently offer captions.
Reporting a problem
If a page stops you from reaching information or completing an order, write to us: the report is handled as a priority request.

- We acknowledge within 2 working days and offer an alternative route while the fix is prepared.
- For a blocked order, the team can complete it with you by e-mail.
Enforcement procedure
If you consider a reply unsatisfactory, you may contact the competent supervisory authority in your European Union country of residence, or the national body responsible for digital accessibility.
This statement will be updated at each significant change to the site and, at the latest, at the next audit.
